CONCERT - Merced Symphony Association Season Finale: Beethoven’s Ninth

About the concert: The Symphony closes out the season with two momentousworks: Beethoven’s grand Symphony No. 9 and the Brahms double concerto for Violin and Cello. One of the most famous works of all times in the Western classical music tradition, Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony’s Ode to Joy features four vocal soloists and a large chorus.
